Innov Chene is the timber framing brand of Raison Bois et Débits, whose five generations of oak knowledge combined with Studio Harringman's understanding of design underpin our product development and service standards.
Based in France and distributing to the UK, we are the source of high quality European Oak from our timber yard in the heart of the forests of Orne in Normandy. We engineer and manufacture green oak structures ranging from small residential projects to large commercial developments.
Our specialist product range extends from high quality garage kits to gazebos, pergolas and bespoke large structures. Using our state of the art K2 joinery machine we are able to cut on demand and deliver all products as pre-cut kits for comprehensive assembly, see our manufacturing page for more information.

100% European Green Oak
Unlike the majority of timer kits on the market, our products are made from 100% European Green Oak, including rafters and studwork.
Brick-Width Uprights
The uprights of our kits are 215mm, to match that of a standard brick size, ensuring the built is easier without custom bricks and as the beam integrates seamlessly with the brick plinth so doors can be mounted directly.
Traditional Design
Not to be confused with the lower end of the market, we have aspired to recreate the detail and strength of a hand-crafted bespoke oak frame building as a pre-cut kit. To this end, our designs feature larger beam sizes to deliver the aesthetic qualities of a hand cut frame, but with the cost and ease of a pre-cut kit.

Having endeavored to make the best timber frame kits on the market, selling them is as easy as explaining just how good they are. To this end, we have developed a range of sales materials, including point of sale elements, e-mail signatures, online brochures and unbranded product sheets and catalogues. Further, we offer the option to work with you to develop a micro-site with your branding to showcase your new product range online.
International Delivery
From our manufacturing centre in France, we can guarantee the kit to be ready for delivery within 4 weeks of order.
